Terms and Conditions

By accessing this website, Christian Management Academy and/or The Salt & Light Network you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing either of these sites. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Course Bookings, Confirmation, Fees and Discounts

Course Fees and Discounts
Course fees are subject to change and alteration at the sole discretion of the Christian Management Academy and/or The Salt & Light Network administrators.
Any discounted course fees or offers apply to new bookings ONLY and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings or to bookings rescheduled to alternative dates within the terms of cancellations or transfer to any other scheduled course/s.
Any discounted course fees or offers may not be combined.
Any discounts or offers are subject to dates advertised and to all the terms and conditions of all policies and any other terms and conditions stated.

Course Bookings and Confirmations
A booking is made by you and confirmed by us via email. You are deemed to have agreed and accepted ALL terms and conditions and policies by making a booking and payment for that booking.

Course Fees and Payments
The course fee covers tuition and for London or Brisbane on campus elements, tea and coffee. Payment is required at the time of booking, or where an offer is made a full deposit must be paid. Invoices (for corporate or group bookings) are due within 30 days of receipt, or upon receipt if the course start date is less than 30 days from the invoice date. For cancellations, refunds and transfers please see the Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Bookings Made by Invoice
All bookings made by invoice are only considred to be confirmed once payment has been received.

Health and Safety

Course Venues
We take the health and safety of our course participants seriously and delegates must follow any health and safety procedures as advised by the Host Training Centre, their Facilitator, transport officials or venues visited. Failure to do so, may result in the delegates removal from the course. Provision of a Certificate of Completion requires 100% attendance. Participants who are unable to achieve the required attendance (i.e. due to illness or emergency) will be provided with a Statement of Participation for subject areas they were able to attend.

Public Health
Delegates are required to follow all other public health advisories or mandates as applicable.

Professional Conduct
Delegates are to conduct themselves with respect toward others. Facilitators or representatives of the Christian Management Academy or The Salt & Light Network reserve the right to remove any delegate without notice from any physical or online course for ANY reason.

Delegates

All delegtes are responsbile for their own arrangements for attendance including travel, accommodation and visa requirments. Please visit gov.uk for guidance on visas. All delegates are responsible for software and hardware required to view and complete online courses including downloading and printing of materials.

Certification

Certificates are issued by the Christian Management Academy. Provision of a Certificate of Completion requires 100% attendance (either in person or virtually) at any live attendance component of the Course and successful completion of all cousre requirements whether online or at scheduled courses. Participants who are unable to achieve the required attendance (i.e. due to illness or emergency) will be provided with a Statement of Participation for subject areas they were able to attend.

Terms

Permission is granted to use the materials on Christian Management Academy and/or The Salt & Light Network web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

a) modify or copy the materials.
b) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Companies web site.
d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
e) transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Christian Management Academy and/or The Salt & Light Network at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any copied/downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

As an Instructor, You represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
